Edward Architecture wins mini competition for the first Land Solve framework call off
The first project is to develop a master plan to outline planning permission stage for an area of land which falls under the separate public ownerships of Barnsley MBC, South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services .
Graham Edward of Edward Architecture commented ‘We are delighted to be appointed by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on this exciting ‘One Public Estate’ 28 acre mixed use masterplan. The community driven scheme will include affordable and market sale housing, starter homes, blue light hub, health care, education, community, sports and leisure uses.’
