During March the Land Solve team were very excited to attend the National NPS Excellence awards. Land Solve had been shortlisted and was a Top 3 finalist for the Innovation category.
During March 2018, the Land Solve team attended the Night at the Museum Dinner at Elsecar Heritage centre, in Barnsley. The night was to support the BMHT (Barnsley Museum & Heritage Trust) and through various auctions and fund raisers, the evening raised a grand total of £8000.

NPS Barnsley and the Land Solve team had a fantastic night at the 10th Annual CCISY Awards. We had great success in our nominated category, winning the Innovation of the Year. We would like to thank everyone who attended with us and we are very happy to win such a wonderful award.
The Aces Conference was a great event for us, we enjoyed the networking and meeting everyone who attended the event. We would like to thank everyone for coming to see us and we do hope to you see again shortly.

We are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for the Innovation Award at the CCISY (Celebrating Construction In South Yorkshire) Awards 2017. The award ceremony takes place on the 13th October at Cutlers’ Hall, Sheffield. We all have our fingers crossed and we will keep you posted on the Night via twitter.

We are attending the ACES (The Association of Chief Estates Surveyors and Property Managers in the Public Sector) Conference on the 28th & 29th September at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. Everyone is welcome to pop in and say hello, we will be more that happy to introduce you to the framework and how Land Solve is able to enhance the value of your assets. The first project is to develop a master plan to outline planning permission stage for an area of land which falls under the separate public ownerships of Barnsley MBC, South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services .
Graham Edward of Edward Architecture commented ‘We are delighted to be appointed by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on this exciting ‘One Public Estate’ 28 acre mixed use masterplan. The community driven scheme will include affordable and market sale housing, starter homes, blue light hub, health care, education, community, sports and leisure uses.’
‘Our appointment comes through a successful bid through the ‘Land Solve’ framework. ‘Land Solve’ is the land delivery framework for the public sector and Edward Architectures role as ‘Land Adviser’ comes through on our wealth of experience in master planning, project managing land and asset projects, community engagement and an understanding of best community value.’
